Hello!
My teens sold products on a classifieds site but created their own accounts separately. The problem is that the site allows only one account per IP address, so we have been banned. Obviously, they never told me they received multiple warnings before we were banned. The issue is that I sell products online on this site, which operates very well, and now the site's agents refuse to restore our account even after several explanations from me. I am extremely penalized financially and would need help to return to this site to continue selling my products. I have received advice from a few people, such as changing email, account name, and browser, but still without result; I remain blocked!!
Could you please help me to be anonymous or something like that? Thank you!

Hello, changing your name, account, etc. won’t change anything because the site retrieves the IP address and that cannot be changed. The only thing to do when you are banned from a site is unfortunately to switch to another site.
