Hello,
I have a DELL E5500 with Windows 7. I just discovered that I have a "bluetooth" indicator light, but I can't turn it on. I installed a driver from the Dell website. When I install it, I'm asked to turn on the wireless switch. I can't figure out what that is.. Can someone help me?
Thank you

    Hello,
on my Dell E5440, the switch is the same as for Wi-Fi!
Activating the Wi-Fi switch also turns on Bluetooth!

    Thank you for your response.
However, I have already tried turning on the Wi-Fi driver, then turning off the Wi-Fi, but when I’m asked to toggle the switch, nothing happens.
    Have a good evening.

I think you should check the manual of your PC to see where the switch is located, and if not, use the diagnostic tool available on the Dell Support website!
