Battery removal issue on ASUS N76V

Hello,
I can no longer remove my battery from my ASUS N76V laptop. Maybe it's a clips issue, but I'm hesitant to force it. Has anyone encountered a similar problem, and if so, how did they resolve it?

    Hello,

    I've had this problem before with the same model.
    The battery push button was completely stuck. To unstick it, I had to dismantle the top part (keyboard) to access the mechanism inside and unlock it.
