Problème écran bleu même après reformatage

Salut,

Depuis 2 semaines je suis confronté à un problème, j'ai des blue screen quand je lance seulement certaines applications:

- Google Chrome
- League of Legend (un jeu)

ça vient du driver de ma carte graphique, voici les résultats de mon test avec "WhoCrashed":

J'ai reformaté, mis les pilotes à jour, Tenter de télécharger un autre pilote depuis amd et son catalyst center qui cherche ma carte graphique et télécharge le driver qui est compatible avec mais, ça ne fonctionne pas la carte graphique ne le reconnait pas.
