Problem de Windows live id nokia lumia 900

bon j ai acheté un nokia lumia 900 j ai essayer a editer mon compte windows life pour que je puisse télecharger des application a partir le marcketstore mais en vain... a chaque fois je mets mon ID compte le meme message apparu (we're having a problem connecting to windows life. make sure you have a good reception .if you do.the problem may be on the other end . wait a little while and try again) sachant que ma reception est bonnne .... svp aide moi parce j ai pas reussi a resolu le prob et merci d'avance
