Hello, I have a Galaxy S3

I can no longer turn it on, I don't know what to do!

Please help me!

    Hello,

    To those who have a non-removable battery (and who curse Samsung for it!): I experienced the same thing this morning on my Galaxy A3-2016, the screen went black, it didn’t respond to any buttons or charging, and I can't access the battery on this model.

    I found a trick that saved me:
    Press the power button on the right and one of the volume buttons (+ or -, try both) at the same time for about 10 seconds and voilà... miracle, it restarts!

      I have the same problem but none of the proposed solutions are effective
      Moreover, with the GALAXY A3 2016: integrated battery;
      since it is 3 months old, I don't dare to open it

      Solution needed as I leave at 2 PM for a week away from home

    Hello, don't worry :)
    To give it a try, on one hand, try removing the battery, SIM card, and SD card, and hold down the power button for at least thirty seconds, then reinsert everything and try to turn it on.
    On the other hand, if nothing works, plug it in with your charger, and if it doesn't turn on, well... let's just say it has a SLIGHT issue.

      but I think there was something wrong with the system because I heard on a site that there were sudden deaths of GS3

      Thank you so much, Bee! Similarly, my Samsung Galaxy A3 2016 edition turned off and I couldn't turn it back on. No reaction when I first tried charging it from the wall. So I then tried pressing the 2 buttons simultaneously thanks to this forum (I had to try several times) and after 3 or 4 attempts, it worked. I still had 66% battery (I wonder if I accidentally disabled it by pressing some buttons).
      In any case, thank you thank you... I was already envisioning sending it back for repair because I've only had it for 3 months and I think it’s great.
