How to blur a face?

You can easily do this on Gimp!

1. Open Gimp (so far, so good)
2. Go to File>Open, then open your image.
3. Select the area to blur (using the selection tools; press R to select a rectangular area or E to select an elliptical area).
4. Go to Filters>Blur>Gaussian Blur
5. A window will open. Increase the values of the "Blur Radius".
6. Confirm!

7. To save, go to File>Export, choose the location, then click on export.
8. A window will open. If you know what you're doing, change some values; otherwise, just click on "Export".
