Hello,
Could you explain to me clearly and precisely the difference between a logo and a firm symbol? For example, with Volkswagen, which appears in the form of VW and in the form of illustrated Volkswagen. Thank you

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.10

Hello,

Unless I’m mistaken, an acronym is a set of initial letters that serves as an abbreviation for a name: CCM, VW, SEITA, RNUR, SNCF, etc.
A logo is a graphic representation of a brand, a company, an association, etc., BUT the logo can also be formed from an acronym, an example HERE and THERE
It’s also a graphic designer's job, except for an acronym which is just represented by the letters; when I write TGV it’s an acronym, when a graphic designer writes TGV it’s a logo... :D :D
