Unable to install Daemon Tools Lite

I wasn't quite sure which forum to post this in... Here's my problem: as soon as I download Daemon Tools (I've tried different sites), after the security question, a message pops up: "Unable to start the installation of Daemon Tools Lite"... I've searched online for an answer, but I don't see any solution... If anyone has the answer, it would save my life!

    I'm sorry, I had to register in order to send an image.

    So yes, I first went to the official site and then I indeed tried on CCM and Clubic, but each time, it's the same result :/ Thank you for your help anyway!

      What surprises me precisely is the fact that it only happened to you!
      When I type "Unable to launch the installation of Daemon Tools Lite" on Google, Duckduckgo, Yahoo, and Bing with the quotes, only the link to this forum appears!

      I don't know what to think about it...

      Hello,

      I have exactly the same problem. I had installed Daemon Tool Lite in January and everything was working perfectly. Then I mistakenly deleted it and when I tried to reinstall it, I got exactly the same error message appearing. I don't know what to do. Thank you for your help.

    I have the answer to your question, you need to install the software called
    SPTD: http://www.duplexsecure.com/downloads

    Then, after downloading the software, launch the installation of DAEMON Tools Lite 10. Logically, it should work.
