Unsupported audio format

Hello,
How can I remove the message "unsupported audio format" that appears on a Thomson TV
when attempting to play a video without sound from a USB?

    Hello. If you are seeing this message, it's probably because the file has one or more audio tracks (empty or not) encoded in a format or codec that the television does not support. In that case, the best thing to do is to re-encode the file, but without the audio track(s).
    (For my part, I would use xmedia recode).
