Hello, I downloaded the Orange TV remote app but it does not detect my decoder. Can you tell me what to do because it's very urgent, please??? Thank you in advance.

Hi,  Go to the app settings to pair it with your decoder.  For example, Search for the Orange Box

I had the same problem and I "realized" that after a box update, it was automatically switching to energy-saving mode, which meant there was a wait of more than 2 minutes upon restarting.

And indeed, this prolonged standby of the box prevents the activation of the remote control in the Orange TV app.

To disable the energy-saving mode, you need to go to the settings on "your TV screen" using the menu, then decoder, and disable energy-saving mode.

And it works!...

You can now turn your box on or off using the remote control in the app on your smartphone.
