Connect a desktop computer to an HDMI TV.

Hello,
I recently purchased a desktop PC that I would like to connect to my TV via the HDMI port.
I would like to point out that I have no way of performing any operation without a screen, so it would need to be done through the keyboard, a shortcut, or something similar.
For your information, the OS is Vista.
Can someone help me?

    Hello

    You need to connect the HDMI cable between the TV and the PC.
    Then turn on your TV (and select the correct video input).
    Then turn on your PC.

    Normally there's no configuration to do...
