Hello,
I can't stand seeing that blue circle near the cursor anymore. It might be a program that starts when I turn on my HP laptop; I've searched and nothing has been resolved!!! I did a cleanup with CCleaner, but that didn't help at all!!! I'm not an expert in this area, and I've spent hours trying to fix this damn problem that's causing the fan to run constantly!!!
Could someone help me?
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 40.0.2214.111

Hi
Do you have an installation running in the background?
Hello
A spinning blue circle indicates a program is pending and having trouble starting.
1- You can spot it using the Task Manager (CTRL+Shift+Esc) under the "Processes" tab.
Check in the "Processor" column which process is continuously using resources.
2- Another solution to try is System Restore.
We don't know if you've tried that?
Start / Search .............
Type in the box:
%systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
Choose a date prior to the issue
