Hello,
I am currently a junior buyer, and my mission is to create performance indicators as well as an appropriate and readable dashboard.
I would like to create it in Excel, with the ability to consult previous years, input supplier evaluations, and calculate buyer performance based on volume and market price...
I would like to know if anyone has an example of a dashboard that has already been used for purchasing, because I am not an Excel expert :/
Thank you in advance for anyone who can save me and help me in my mission :)
Configuration: Windows XP / Chrome 40.0.2214.111

I also conducted adult training (referring to the mention "AFPA") for nearly 20 years in companies.
This is precisely, apparently, what Lolo doesn’t know how to do. From a pedagogical standpoint, your response strongly resembles the methods advocated by a certain Meyrieu, of infamous memory.
Best regards
Even in China, the Sage used to say, "Teach him to fish rather than give him a fish"...
That’s why, instead of handing Lolo a ready-made file that may not necessarily meet his particular expectations, I prefer to ask him to think about his topic, to organize his thoughts, to draft his settings, so that we can guide him in creating the table that will translate all of this into Excel.
But of course, Lolo can choose to grab something pre-made from the Internet if that suits him better...
Indeed, I prefer that I receive help in creating a table corresponding to my company's purchasing strategy.
In short, before I arrived, no data was recorded, neither a purchasing database nor any history.
The construction of the dashboard will make it possible to understand the stakes and risks of each category.
Today, I have established purchasing categories and determined the percentage of each category in relation to the overall purchasing volume.
I would like to create an Excel file, with the first tab summarizing the performance of all purchases.
My needs: the profit earned after a call for tenders based on market price and being able to have a history.
a parameter
Supplier assessment
satisfaction of internal clients (production and quality)
unit price N and N-1
market price
number of suppliers
volume
another section with:
number of defective orders/total orders
I'm not sure if my request is very clear.
