My TCL TV no longer detects my USB drive

Hello, my TV (TCL) used to detect my USB stick (GoGEAR) but now it doesn't work anymore. When I insert my USB stick into the USB port, a message appears saying: No device is connected to the TV. It works perfectly fine on my computer. Please help me.

    Hello.

    It all depends on the format of the file saved on this USB drive and the codecs supported by the TV. Check the properties to see what this format is. For example, in MPG there won't be any playback issues, while in TSV you will get the message you received.
