I'm looking for a solution regarding error code 6210. It should be inexpensive and not too technical if possible. I thank anyone who can provide a resolution to this issue. Thank you.

    Hello.

After a Google search, I saw that you are not the only one to have this problem.

    Hello,
    I have a Sony Cyber-shot DSC G1 camera for a year and a half,
    great
photos and videos, large screen great for viewing.
Today I am facing a problem when I turn it on it
    makes a
vibration noise and the image shakes up and down, sometimes we can
    stop it
by focusing on a close and well-lit object,
    the device shows
    the error code E:62:10
according to the manual, all you need to do is reset it, which I did
    but
    still the same.
Does anyone have a tip on how to fix this please
    thank you

And here is the proposed solution:

Remove the batteries or rechargeable batteries, leave it 'on' overnight then the
next day, reinsert the batteries or rechargeable batteries.
    Charge them beforehand.
Otherwise, one question, does your device have a sensor cleaning system?
If so, it might be malfunctioning.

For others, it would be this:

A sharp hit with the palm while the camcorder is on [...] then remove the battery and put it back and it works.

    And for you?

I vainly tried the proposed solutions. You never know, I'll try again tomorrow.
      See you later

I hit the device again and the follow-up yielded no results for me. However, after resetting it several times, it seems to be working again, but the indicator showing the code remains.

So I suggest you contact your customer service, and if it costs too much because the device is no longer under warranty, go see a professional.
