[Crystal Reports] Convert decimal to time

I would like to convert a decimal number to hours and minutes (hh:mm) with Crystal Reports. For example I want to convert 1.22 which actually means 1h13. Can someone help? 
Configuration: Windows 2003 Internet Explorer 7.0

    1h22 in decimal, give 1h 13 minutes and 20 seconds
    How? by doing the following operation:
    0.22 x 60 = 13.2, therefore 13 minutes and 20 seconds
