Hello everyone

I just bought a Carrefour CT1020W Android 4.2 tablet, and the problem is that it is not recognized by my PC running Windows 7 via USB
What should I do, is it possible to install a driver???
Also, my Sony camera is also not recognized, making it impossible to transfer my photos
Additionally, it cannot be charged via USB; I have to plug in the electric charger; can this be fixed???

Are you sure your USB ports are working? If neither your camera nor your tablet is working, it's probably a USB port issue. Try using another one if you have several. Otherwise, check if you need a driver:

I followed your advice and everything works well now

I'll explain
on your advice and that of a seller, I bought a micro USB / USB male cable (the tablet comes with a small 15 cm micro USB / USB female cable) and it works without any problems
the seller told me that I bought a USB power cable and not a connection cable, strange but the result is there
for your information
this tablet is very good for the price
I bought it on 22/10/14 for 89 euros, it was listed at 189, which is a 50% discount AT THE CARREFOUR IN COLLEGIEN
now it is at 139 euros, go figure?????
