Problem: Sony Vegas Pro 13, green video

Good evening,
So, I made a video with Action Mirilis, it was saved in "My Videos," then when I insert it into Sony Vegas Pro 13 it’s all green but it has sound.
Can someone help me get the original video please? Thanks :)

    I have exactly the same problem, you just have to go to this site: https://www.online-convert.com/fr
    Video converter --> you select the WMV format --> You choose the file you want to convert, for the size you right-click on your video --> properties --> details and you copy the measurements.
    For the bitrate (audio): 192kB/s
    For the frames per second you set 30.
    Then convert the video.
    And you will see at the bottom left of your browser a percentage, which corresponds to the video compression.

    There you go, I hope I’ll reach all the people having this problem :D

      If it's a video larger than 100 KB you have to pay, so your solution works only halfway.

      Hey you can use VLC to convert your video. Go into VLC and in Files you do "Convert/Save," then you search for your video and convert it to what you want ;) hoping I’ve helped.

    Hello, this problem only appears when your video format is not compatible with Vegas Pro. In what format did you save the video?

      I have the same problem and the format is mp4
