Browser closes by itself

Hello,

for the past 3 months, my browsers have been closing by themselves, either upon opening or shortly after.
It started slowly from time to time and now it's impossible for me to use these two browsers.
I think it might be a registry issue or perhaps a problem with my third Tor browser, which I believe has a particular function but works correctly itself. Otherwise, it could be a virus, but I've done multiple scans and the problem persists.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the browsers, nothing changed.

Error message upon opening: “Firefox has encountered a problem and has crashed. We will attempt to restore your tabs and windows upon restart.” Same problem in safe mode.

I'm on Windows 8
If someone could help me
thank you

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 31.0

    Well, I'm stuck here. I've had this problem for quite a while, and now I'm making a post about it and, oddly enough, Firefox updates itself and it works again like magic, or maybe it's your fix. Did I need to restart the PC after resetting the browsers? Because I checked and it wasn't working.
    What I can't explain is why IE works again too?
    I still suspect there's a problem because I've had to reinstall some programs even though I've had a stable system for a long time; I suspect a virus.
    Is there an effective antivirus solution or online scan that can't be corrupted?
    Anyway, thanks for your help.

    Follow this FRST tutorial: https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-farbar-recovery-scan-tool-frst/
    This will generate three FRST reports:
    * FRST.txt
    * Shortcut.txt
    * Additional.txt

    Send these three reports to the specified site as explained, and provide the three links from that site so they can be reviewed.

    Nothing unusual in the reports.

    Does it work in safe mode?

    It's not a malware issue.

    Run a checkdisk - paragraph "Disk Errors / Hard Drive Problem" and check if you have any errors in the Health tab of HDD Tune.

    Hi,

    Start with this:

    Follow the AdwCleaner tutorial https://www.malekal.com/adwcleaner-supprimer-virus-adwares-pup/?t=33839&start= (by Xplode)
    Download it to your desktop or download folder.
    Run AdwCleaner, click on [Scan].
    The scan may take several minutes, please be patient.
    Once the scan is complete, do not uncheck anything, click on [Clean]

    Once the cleaning is finished, a report will open. Copy/paste the contents of the report in your next reply by copy/pasting.
    If that does not work, use the site http://pjjoint.malekal.com to host the report, provide the link to the report in a new message.

    Note: The report is also saved under C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt

    then:

      NOTE you can reverse the instructions (AdwCleaner <=> Reset) if you cannot download anything, the reset may fix web browser issues.
