Hello,

can someone help me? I have a SHARP AR5726 copier that displays error code f2-04. We changed the ink cartridge but nothing works, the code is still there. The screen lights up but it seems like it doesn't start because we don't hear any noise.

      Thank you for taking the time to respond to me. The cartridge was 236 FT, we changed it, but it still shows error code F2-04. We tried with 236 GT, but nothing works, it’s still the same.

    Hello,

    Either the toner cartridge is faulty or has a defect, or there is toner on the connector, which causes a poor reading and this error code.
