Fenêtres intempestives d'enquêtes "consumer" ou "surveycamp"

Bonjour à tous,
Mes parents ont récemment fait l'achat d'un PC Acer.
En installant des logiciels basiques comme CCleaner ils ont, je pense, installé des virus générateurs de pubs. Quand qu'on navigue sur un site, des fenêtres d'enquêtes "consumer" ou "surveycamp" s'ouvrent lors d'un clic.
J'ai donc fait des recherches et j'ai installé AdwCleaner. J'ai scanné, supprimé les éléments, redémarré l'ordi.. Mais rien n'a changé.. Je vous donne le rapport, merci.

Cela va générer deux rapports FRST.
Envoie comme expliqué, ces deux rapports sur le site http://pjjoint.malekal.com et donne les trois liens pjjoint de ces rapports afin qu'ils puissent être consultés.

Voici la correction à effectuer avec FRST.

Ouvre le bloc-notes : Touche Windows + R, dans le champs executer, tape notepad et OK.
Copie/colle dedans ce qui suit :

Une fois, le texte coller dans le bloc-note.
Menu Fichier puis Enregistrer sous.
A gauche, place toi sur le bureau.
Dans le champs en bas, nom du fichier mets : fixlist.txt
Clic sur Enregistrer - cela va créer un fichier fixlist.txt sur le bureau.

Relance FRST et clic sur le bouton Fix
Selon comment un redémarrage est nécessaire (pas obligatoire).
Un fichier texte apparaît, copie/colle le contenu ici dans un nouveau message.

Redémarre l'ordinateur

Réinitialise tes navigateurs et ou manuellement reparamètre tes navigateurs WEB (page de démarrage, moteur de recherche etc) mais aussi supprimer/désactiver les extensions inutiles/parasites :

J'ai exactement le même problème que toi Aurel! J'ai suivi le premier post de Malekal_morte-, mais maintenant il me faudrait une âme charitable qui me vienne en aide pour corriger cela.
