Dossier zipper sur msn

Bonjour,
J'ai eu la meme infection "dossier zip" j'ai appliqué ce qui est marqué en haut et le rapport m'a indiqué qu'il n'y avait pas d'infection, alors que le virus continue à envoyer des messages à mes contacts msn, ts ceux qui st en ligne recoivent ce message et je ne peux plus ouvrir leur fenêtre.

Je pense avoir le même problème qu'a eu Jessica y a quelques temps et j'aimerais bien que tu m'aides à résoudre mon pb si tu peux! J'ai essayé de suivre la procédure que tu lui avais indiquée mais ça doit pas être tout à fait la même chose donc j'arrête de faire n'importe quoi!!!
