Hello,
I am on Windows 8.1 and I regularly use Microsoft Word 2013.
I can no longer access a file that I saved in my documents on the C drive. Furthermore, this folder appears in the recent documents of Word and when I select the Word file, it displays the following message: 'incorrect folder name' and shows the path to follow to find it, where it is supposed to be.
How can I recover this document that seems to have disappeared without my intervention? Thank you in advance.
