Hello,
I am experiencing a startup issue with my PC. It happens randomly, and I have to turn it off and on again for it to boot into Windows 8.1. This PC is relatively new, purchased on December 13, 2014, with a 1-year warranty plus an additional 3 years. I contacted Acer to explain the issue. The person told me to perform the latest BIOS update to resolve my startup problem. Since it is a zip file, should I perform the update from a USB stick or from Windows 8.1 using the command line?
Thank you very much.
Configuration: Windows / Mozilla 11.0

Hello
The zip file needs to be unarchived, and the procedure must be included in the archive as a .txt or .pdf file

Hello to you -
Thank you very much for your response, it seems that my problem is resolved. I extracted the 2 folders on my desktop. I went into the "Win" folder and right-clicked on the "Flash" file, selecting command prompt as an administrator. The command prompt executed several command lines and I manually restarted the PC. A quick check in the BIOS showed that the date changed from March to September 2014. No bugs reported at startup for the moment.
