Hello, I always have an issue reading my file which was originally in undf, on my LG 42La620S TV. When I start playback, it displays "Unsupported audio format" and I have the video.
"
I should mention that I solved the problem on my PC by updating "VLC"

Can someone help me? I am a novice, thank you.

    Hi

You need to check the manual or technical sheet of the TV on Google regarding the supported codecs.

Just type the model of the TV, first link
    https://www.lcd-compare.com/televiseur-LG42LA620S-LG-42LA620S.htm
Result no, it does not read UNDF.

Thank you for that, I will go ahead and see about possibly re-encoding, I saw on the technical sheet that UNDF was not included.

UNDF is actually an undefined file; it is either corrupted or not fully downloaded. It's not a type of format, in fact.

Thank you for these answers, and since I've solved the problem with my PC, I will try to connect the PC to the TV using an HDMI cable, which will serve as a player. Will that work?

Yes, it will work if the connections are correct:
A PC or tower with an HDMI output.

Thank you for your information, it's a shame to have a good TV and not be able to see everything with a simple stick, happy holidays and see you soon.
