Erreur adresse Ebay

Après avoir remarquée que je n'avais toujours pas reçu mon achat fait sur ebay je demande au vendeur une explication et il me dit ceci : « I checked the status of your package. Please check photo in your ebay message. The status shows that your package was tried to deliver to you on 06-Dec-2014. To see where it is, put the tracking number at the tracking box on http: www.track-trace.com/post . Your tracking number is ---------. However it was not delivered to you(Reason : Unknown addressee). It is in your local post office. You can get it from your local post office. Therefore, I recommend that please inquire about tracking number at postal office from you. I hope everything would be fine. Thank you. »
Le seul problème ici c'est que je ne sais pas quoi faire après.. je sais que ça a l'air très idiot et simple... Merci pour vos futures réponses.
