Hello, I bought a "USB2.0 to RS232 cable," and there is no brand written on it.
I connected the USB end to my computer, which is running Windows 7 (with updates done), and the other end to medical equipment. I installed the CD, which is a bit strange with several functionalities (CMS, Diskplayer, H264Play, IEActive, Mobile Monitor, NetSDK, Player, Upgrade), but my computer still does not recognize this driver.
