Self-scrolling web pages?

Solved

Hello,

Right now, I'm experiencing a little problem with browsing the internet.
I don't know if the issue is with my browser (Internet Explorer) or just my mouse, but when I browse pages, they start scrolling by themselves, erratically, sometimes up and sometimes down. And it's uncontrollable.

Does anyone have any advice for me?
A procedure to follow to fix the problem.

Thanks in advance for your responses.

Configuration: Windows 7

I just noticed that there is also the same issue when I'm in Windows Explorer, when I browse my folders, but it's less noticeable... Could it be my mouse, maybe a driver issue?
A virus?
The problem is there even when I'm not using the mouse...
Anyway, does anyone have any idea?

Good evening

For more information, please do this

Open this link and download ZHPDiag from Nicolas Coolman:

https://www.sosvirus.net/telecharger/zhpdiag/

Or

https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/24803-zhpdiag/

# Don’t forget to check the box to create a shortcut on the Desktop.

# The tool has created 2 icons ZHPDiag and ZHPFix on the Desktop.
.

Double-click on the ZHPDiag icon to launch the program. Under Vista; Seven or Windows 8 right-click "run as administrator"

In the ZHPDiag window that has just opened, click on "Complete"

Let the tool work, it may take a while.

Tutorial: http://www.sosvirus.net/zhpdiag-nicolas-coolman-t82500.html

A report opens. This report is also on your desktop

To send the report click on this link:
http://upload.sosvirus.net/

If there are any problems use one of the following

https://www.cjoint.com/

Look on the desktop

Select the ZHPDiag.txt file.

Click on "Click here to upload the file".

A link of this form:

http://www.cijoint.com/cjlink.php?file=cj200905/cijSKAP5fU.txt

is added to the page.

Copy this link into your response.

Thank you

Good evening

Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

--->> Install it (make sure to choose French); do not change the installation settings
--->> Uncheck the box Activate the free trial of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium at the end of the installation
--->> /!\ Users of Vista/7/8/8.1: right-click on the MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware shortcut and choose Run as administrator
--->> To set it to French: click on settings >>>language >>> French
-->> Click on Update in the Dashboard to update the database.
--->> In the Scan tab, select Threat Scan then click on Scan Now.
--->> Once the scan is complete, click on Quarantine All then on Apply Actions

--->> (If a message asks to restart the PC to complete the removal, accept)

--->> The report is available in History > Application Logs > Scan Log. (Make sure to select the most recent one)
You select the file and request to display it
At the bottom left, there is a export button; click on it and choose text file and then choose where to save it so that you can post it in your next response

Thank you

After conducting a "Threat examination," I retrieved the log in text format and it's empty... (Log1)
I checked the history and displayed the examination log, and it is empty, no data, even though Malwarebytes found 40 threats that I quarantined...
Can we retrieve the first log another way?
I insisted and restarted Malwarebytes a second time... and retrieved a second log with data this time.

Here are the 2 Logs:

No.1

No.2

Thank you for your efforts, but as I could no longer navigate at all and it was becoming really intolerable (even to do what you asked me) ... I couldn't even perform the simplest operations correctly, such as consulting files, for example.

So, I finally realized that it was a hardware problem, or at least it seemed to be. So, in an emergency, I bought a new mouse, and since then everything has been back to normal.
Of course, if the problem came back, I would come back to ask for advice; however, the fact that I changed my equipment has resolved everything for now. That being said, I'm not immune to a virus or something else ...

What would you recommend to effectively protect my PC?
For now, I am using Avira, I regularly scan my disks with Spybot, clean with CCleaner or Glary Utilities, and defragment with Defraggler. Does that seem sufficient and correct to you?

Thanks again for your patience.
