Good evening everyone
I wish to provide you with this little information that I hope will help you see the light at the end of the tunnel.
The first point, when you arrive at your bank to report these unauthorized withdrawals, make sure to say this.
The Monetary and Financial Code provides in articles 132-1 to 6 that any banking institution must reimburse identified monetary fraud and all related fees.
====== WITHOUT ANY FEES======
====== FILING A COMPLAINT NOT MANDATORY======
Furthermore, you can mention that the GIE (Economic Interest Group) will join as a civil party.
Once you have mentioned these specific arguments, I believe your banker will have no questions and will act in your favor,
:-)
Sincerely to all of you

I have been charged 19.50 euros for 6 months, I noticed it on July 4, 08, I canceled my card and changed the code, the bank still paid 19.50 on July 8!! They say the accounts were gone!!! Another site, the diet cabinet, has the same practices, a consultation for 1 euro to get the card number and then they charged me twice 19.90!!! The trap is the diets. I am going to file a complaint now that I know this site is the diet cabinet, the other charge of 19.50 for 6 months BIBIT I still don't know who's behind it, I don't shop online.
Hello, I was also charged 4.99 euros and 34.99 euros by the company SUAYLLON Las Palmas even though I didn't make any online transactions; I only placed an order with Néro photo, Bibit-Avanquest antispy software. I don't understand how this company got my credit card number.
Hello, let's keep a cool head!
-) If you have charges under the names SUAYLLON or EGISUPPORT, once again, it's because in 98% of cases, it is either you or someone close to you who has paid for software or opened a subscription on an adult site with the credit card. In this case, the mentioned companies are in no way responsible, and if someone needs to pay or reimburse, it is the person who used the card.
Article L 132-2 reminds you that you cannot cancel a payment you are responsible for: otherwise, you become a fraudster and risk fines, banking bans, and prison.
Then, let's not mix up all the companies; DREAMNEX indeed has the bad habit of charging with different names: this is annoying and can resemble concealment of charges, there may be grounds for dispute in this case, but for SUAYLLON and EGISUPPORT, these are reputable companies. Contact them via their website and you will see www.suayllon.com and www.egisupport.com; you will thus have all the necessary information and will not risk making a report for imaginary facts, as Mr. Gendarme from Sarthe must know.
As for the other mentioned companies, I do not know them.

I just had a charge of 39.99 Euros from SUAYLLON reversed; I don’t take any subscriptions on porn sites. My bank, the largest in Switzerland, immediately agreed to reverse the charge.
For your information, you need to change your card; you will receive a new one for free because the hackers will use your credit card again.
Therefore, the Las Palmas place is indeed a scam; I can confirm it, I stand by that.
Since I recently bought an anti-spy software called Spyware Secure, I’m wondering if there is a connection...
with a joker who is recording the details as well as the three-digit code.

I was informed by my bank about fraudulent withdrawals from my credit card account.
I blocked my card and when I received the statement, I saw that sums had been withdrawn for purchases I did not make. The bank asked me to file a complaint with the gendarmerie and to send them the complaint report.
The gendarmerie told me that this could be hacking over the internet or during travels. I traveled to Spain in February and made purchases with my credit card;
I noticed that 2 withdrawals were made by SUAYLLON LAS PALMAS: one for €34.99 and one for €4.99.
I therefore think that all the fraudulent payments were generated from this site.
What can I do?

It wasn't by consulting a porn site that you were deceived by Sulayon, but by trying to renew a subscription to an antivirus site (for example, Microsoft Live OneCare), and it was on that occasion that this site slipped into your papers using the information you were sharing elsewhere with others. In fact, it’s the possibility that Microsoft allows to open pop-up windows that is to blame. I spent weeks getting rid of Sulayon, and it was Kaspersky Antivirus that, alone, was able to dismantle their remnants in my Windows XP system.
I decided against filing a complaint due to the cost of the process, but I changed my Mastercard, which, on the other hand, caused me a lot of trouble with PayPal, and I ultimately let go of the 40 Euros. I want to tell you that, in principle, you are absolutely right, and if you need a testimonial, you can use this letter to support your approach.
Best wishes
Roland Itié

Figure out that I also have this problem, a charge of 1 euro and two of 39.95 under the name of security tasssigny, I wonder what to do.
Personally, I was hacked for 4.99 euros by suayllon.
I filed a complaint at the police station, and with the document of my complaint, I made a stop payment on my credit card with my bank. I will thus receive a new card, and I will be reimbursed by my bank's insurance.

I advise you to block your credit card with your bank and bring the supporting documents to your advisor so that they can reimburse you. I did it, and they reimbursed me.
You need to immediately file an objection by writing to your bank; they will refund you the full amount that was withdrawn. If necessary, file a police report. Good luck anyway.
I am also charged €4.99 every month, but unlike everyone else, I know where it comes from; I wanted to buy an antivirus online and it never worked, so I will just be content to cancel the payment, hoping that it works.
Good evening,
I was hacked myself by MOBIQUID; I realized it quite late (about 1 month), and there were
amounts debited every day. I quickly went to my bank, we blocked my card, and submitted a file
highlighting all the fraudulent amounts on my statement, and I was very quickly reimbursed for the entire
amount (around €600 or €700). The worst part is that it happened to me a second time one or two months later, for
amounts that were a bit smaller, back to the bank again, and this time they issued me a card with a new serial number and once again a quick refund. Often we criticize our bank, but in this case, I love it.
After research, MOBIQUID is a company that has a hotline number, so be careful.... some have seen their
phone bills inflate.

Hello
I solved the issue of the bank withdrawal by na.secure by filing a complaint and I blocked the bank card. Indeed, there is an insurance system in all banks that allows you to be reimbursed for the amounts withdrawn, but you need to bring the complaint receipt to your bank to validate the opposition.

Hello everyone.
I was a victim of a withdrawal of 89 euros from (NA secure .com). I called them
tel: 08 99 70 15 60 (€1.35/call + €0.34/min)
from 10 am to 12 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm.
I explained my situation to them, saying that I had been on a dating site and paid 1 euro for 24 hours. They canceled my account and they are supposedly going to refund me to my savings account. I'll see, so I'll let you know if they refunded me or not and if it's worth calling them or not.
That's it, have a nice day everyone.
