Hello,
First of all, before anything else, I would like to thank anyone who can help me.
Indeed, my uncle has written a manuscript and for the needs of his publisher, I need to type it in Word 2010 with the following requirements:
Text:
1500 characters including spaces per page
25 lines x 60 characters
double line spacing
Font: Arial.
It is urgent!
Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards.

Hello,
maybe the font sizes are missing: Arial 8, 10, 12, 14, 16? or something else?
But if it's urgent, you can start entering the data already :-) The layout can be done later.

C-Claire-
The body could be easily deduced if the margins were also provided.
The Arial font is a proportional font in which an "i" takes up less space than an "m", so your lines cannot all consist of 60 characters.
With Arial 14, double line spacing, top and bottom margins of 1 cm, and left and right margins of 3.5 cm, you get roughly what you want.
You can use the Statistics tool in the Review tab to check the number of characters per page.
