    iPhoto is part of the iLife suite which is included with all Apple computers, from the beginning, either on disk or pre-installed since Apple no longer provides its applications and OS on CD/DVD or USB stick.
    If you bought this Mac, you should have it.
    Since you are not providing any details about your Mac, I can't tell you more.
