Je cherche à installer sur mon nouvel ordinateur ( Windows 8.1) une vieille imprimante Canon Pixma MP 600 R datant de 2007 que j'avais à l'époque installée sur un ordinateur avec système d'exploitation Windows XP. N'y parvenant pas, j'ai téléchargé sur le site Canon France un driver compatible Windows 8, 8.1, XP. Mais ça ne fonctionne pas. AIDEZ-MOI s'il vous plaît !!!!

Le problème est que j'avais d'ores et déjà téléchargé le driver sur le site canon france. Mais il ne reconnaissait pas mon imprimante. j'ai ensuite ajouté manuellement l'imprimante sur mon ordi en renseignant l'adresse TCP/IP . Mon imprimante est donc reconnue par mon ordi mais quand je cherche à imprimer un document, un message s'affiche : l'imprimante "indique un état d'erreur". Donc j'en suis toujours au même point.
