What service does this application depend on?
Can it be disabled at the service level?
I always find it running in the processes without knowing what it does and what it depends on
and I feel like this application consumes resources for nothing

if this program unsecapp.exe is running, it's because Windows Vista started it automatically to support a program that uses WMI.
I think maybe this program is related to WmiPrvSE.exe (WMI Provider Host)
