Hello,
I’m unable to go to a new line when writing a text. (InDesign CS5)
I’ve tried many keyboard shortcuts in the <raccourcis clavier=""> </raccourcis>

    Hello,

Try resetting the preferences. First quit the software and then relaunch by pressing simultaneously the following keys:

    Windows: Shift+Ctrl+Alt
    Mac: Shift+Alt+Cmd+Ctrl

A dialog box opens, you answer yes and the prefs will be reset.

Another test: if you are on a laptop, lock your numeric keypad so that Adobe recognizes your line return.

    Also try Alt+Enter.

      thank you sarahmoon
      but nothing works...
the keyboard shortcuts now work (they disappeared all of a sudden, I had to re-program them one by one)
I only have the input, and the direction arrows to fix
Do you have any other ideas??
      thanks a thousand times

Are you on a laptop? Have you tried locking the numeric keypad?

What do you have as a Set for your shortcuts?
      Personally, I use QXP4.0

Otherwise, I don't really see Louzapa.

Thank you very much, your explanations are very clear, and now I know about QXP4.0! Mine was by default
There I found another solution, I had too many problems
      Thanks again
      best regards.
