Hello,
Like many people, I got screwed over by CIEL accounting (Sage). The CD provided to me is version 20.0, while my accounting is under version 20.5 (updated because of the VAT at 20%).
Ciel/Sage refuses to provide me with the update again, and I absolutely need to reinstall it on my new machine.
I noticed that the update could be found in the form: "Ciel Compta 20.5.msi"
on computers that have it installed (in c:/documents and settings/User/Local Settings/temp)
Is there a kind soul who still has this update?
Without it, I would lose all my accounting or would be forced to buy CIEL again for the umpteenth time.

For those who know, in despair I've even tried to virtualize my PC under XP and launch CIEL through VMware on my new setup. A wild error "CamConfig (754)" appeared! I need the package "Ciel Compta 20.5.msi" to repair... back to square one.

Hello, I have exactly the same problem as you with Ciel.
My PC just crashed. I bought the update last year for €350 in version 20.0, but an update to 20.5 happened during the 30-day free period after the purchase.
Today I can only reinstall 20.0 with my CDs, and Ciel is telling me that version 20.5 no longer exists with them and that I need to pay over €300 for the latest update if I want to be able to restore all my files and data. What a scam!
Have you found the patch for version 20.5?
If so, could you share it?
