Hello everyone,
I have had the following DVD player (standing DVD player) for a long time

The packaging clearly states that it is code free, but unfortunately, I can't play certain region 1 DVDs.
Here is the message that appears when I press play
"the player is incompatible with the region marking of this disc"
With some region 1 DVDs, I can watch the movies without any problem, but with others, I get stuck at the same point.
I would like to know how to unlock it so that I can watch DVDs from all regions.
