Download problem on Play Store

Good evening everyone!

I just bought a Condor 7° tablet. Android 4.2
As soon as I start downloading an app from Google Play Store, the following error message appears: "error retrieving information from server ([RPC:S-7: AEC-0]).
I'm a bit lost with this message and I don't know what to do anymore. I did reboot the tablet, but nothing helps. So I'm turning to you to find a solution. Thanks in advance"

    Hello,
    You need to go to: Settings -> Apps -> Manage apps -> All -> Google Services Framework -> Clear data -> then Force stop.
    Then return to the home screen
    Turn off the tablet and restart it, go to Google Play Store
    and you should be able to download
