Installation issues for 'Rappelz'

Hello! I downloaded the game Rappelz last night without any issues, I left the game the next morning (yes, I game at night) so far so good. I start my PC after waking up, the launcher opens but the game doesn’t start. I try several times, I shut down the PC, do it again, nothing. I uninstall everything and reinstall; the download goes smoothly, but I won't say the same for the installation. After 1 minute of installation, I consistently see this annoying page open: http://prntscr.com/4o42x3
Does anyone have THE solution?! It would save me from having to uninstall the game again, as it takes 4-5 hours to download... Thanks!

Hello,
Apparently there is a reading error (corrupted file during download) or a writing error on the C drive (hard drive full...)
Redownload your game file and check your disk space.
