Webcam driver shortage, help me... XD

Bonjour, j'ai un petit problème avec le driver de ma caméra, c'est une Packard Bell et la référence est P/N : 6978030000

Son modèle est sur le lien ci-dessous :

Voilà, en fait le problème c'est que depuis que j'ai reformaté mon PC, je ne peux plus détecter la caméra, et comme je n'ai plus le driver, j'ai voulu le télécharger sur le lien ci-dessus, mais c'est impossible...
Quelqu'un pourrait me renseigner, s'il vous plaît ?

    Did you unplug and plug the webcam back in while the PC is on???

    To get the "Add New Hardware" window
    and look for drivers in the installation directory
