The headphone jack doesn’t work anymore

Hello,
Every time I plug my headphones into my Infinix (Surf Smart 2), my phone doesn’t detect the headphones, I’ve tried with 4 different pairs! How to fix it?

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 4.0

    Hello,

    The Jack input on your phone is surely not damaged. It’s probably the headphones. You know, on new phones it’s almost impossible to fit old headphones. Try buying a decour adapted pair, The issue most likely comes from there, (Do the headphones work with another device?)
