Hello,
I installed the e342n ps driver on my 64-bit W3k print server without any issues. However, on the 32-bit XP client side, I can't connect to the printer via point & print! I've tried everything... no way, it keeps asking me for the drivers > which is normal since the 64-bit server can't push the print to the 32-bit client.
Even on the 64-bit W3k, I added the compatible 32-bit XP driver, but it categorically refuses to install it.
Has anyone encountered this problem, please? Is there a solution, do you think?
P.S.: I posted a request with Lexmark UK and US, and I got feedback but no solution because I think they didn't write their *.inf correctly and it's not certified by Microsoft.
Thank you in advance.
