Video playback issue

Hello, good evening everyone

I have a video playback problem on my new PC; as soon as I play a video (except for YouTube), it stops after about 3 minutes or displays a green screen

I have downloaded Adobe Flash Player and Java, but it doesn't work...

All this considering that I have Windows 8

It sometimes leaves me this message: the video playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the video used features your browser did not support.
