Bonjour , depuis quelques jours j'essaie , en vain , d'installer adw cleaner depuis le site CCM , mais rien à faire . A chaque fois , le déroulant du hait de la fenêtre s'arrête à un cm de l'extrémité . Et tout en haut de la fenêtre apparait la mention , "" ADW CLEANER A CESSE DE FONCTIONNER "". J'ai essayé avec l'antivirus et le pare feu désactivé , mais rien n'y fait . Et cela que ce soit sur , service , dossiers ou fichiers .Comme la pub commence a me chauffer les oreilles , je voudrais quand même arriver à l'installer . Merci et cordialement .

Bonsoir billmaxime , bon j'ai effectué un démarrage sans échec , sans succès , pas de réseau .J'ai essayé avec prise en charge du réseau , pas plus de succès . Toujours le même message "" ne répond pas pas "" .Il est récalcitrant , et ne veut pas d'adw .

tu as 1 autre pc sous la main pour le télécharger et le transférer sur ton pc pour

Bonjour , en ce lundi brumeux . J'ai téléchargé adw sur une clé , et effectué le transfert . Pas de problème en ce qui concerne le transfert , mais rien à faire en ce qui concerne le nettoyage . Toujours le même motif . adw reste bloqué à un cm de l'extrémité , avec le même message . "" ... a cessé de fonctionner ""

redémarre le pc infecté et tente ceci
Télécharge roguekiller sur ton bureau
prends le 32 où le 64 suivant ton système

Quitte tous tes programmes en cours
Lance roguekiller (utilisateurs vista-w7-w8 exécuter en tant qu'administrateur- clic droit)
Laisse faire le prescan
Clique sur scan
Le rapport s'affichera sur ton bureau et dans C: RKReport[#].txt
Poste le rapport via 1 copier/coller

relance roguekiller, laisse faire le pre-scan puis clique sur scan
quand le scan est terminé, clique sur registre et coche toutes les cases
ensuite, clique sur "supprimer"
fait la même choses avec "navigateur web"
poste le(s) rapport(s) via 1 copier/coller

oui, j'ai cliqué , et surtout par précaution , car il n'y avait pas de case à cocher , simplement l'icone explorer .

en fait, tu as ceci dans les extentions de firefox >> BonanzaDeals
regarde ceci pour le supprimer >> https://support.mozilla.org/fr/kb/desactiver-supprimer-modules
ensuite, retente le téléchargement et l'exécution d'adwcleaner
