    Hello,
    Have you tried going into the BIOS and reloading the factory settings or the "fail-safe" options?
    If not, can you disassemble your PC? Because if you can, try doing a Clear CMOS.
    To do this, you need to remove the battery and try to locate a button cell battery to clear the BIOS cache and thus recreate stable settings.
