Subway Surfers Backup

Hello, let me explain: I intend to reset my phone, but since I know it will go back to zero and therefore delete all my apps, I would like to know if it is possible to back up Subway Surfers on my SD card because I have played a lot on this game and I do not want to lose all my data. For your information, my phone is an S3 Mini.

      It is possible:
      On the old phone, launch Subway Surfer and click on settings (in the top left) then select Online save and connect with your email address.
      Do the same thing on the new phone to retrieve your level.
