Premièrement il faut voir si ce problème est récurent ou non.
Si oui alors il faut d'abord t'assurer que tous tes pilotes sont à jours et comme whocrashed t'indique un problème d'origine potentiellement matériel, il te faut aussi enlever tout les overclockage que tu aurais pu faire (si c'est le cas bien entendu).
Il faut aussi que tu testes ta mémoire vive avec memtest86.
Assures-toi que tout est ok à propos de tout ça et nous pourrons continuer !
Si tu as besoin d'aide pour savoir comment faire tout ca: demande et nous t'aiderons !

J'ai eu en redémarrant un écran bleu, puis un message disant que Windows a fait un arrêt non planifié...
