Hello,
I just installed Word 2013 and I have an alignment issue with the arrows on the grid (0.08x0.08)
When I draw the arrow it perfectly follows the grid lines. If I select its endpoint (tip) or the other end and move it slightly, I cannot reposition it back on the starting line of the grid. At that point, it jumps 3 grid squares at once. In other places, the step is only one square.
Thank you for helping me as I’ve been pulling my hair out since yesterday.
I’m attaching a short video of the problem,

Hello.
I don't have the 2013 version yet, but it's not a bug; just an improper handling. You can try:
* removing the grid (or the "snap to grid" feature)
* moving the tip of your arrow while holding down the [shift] key
* going to Picture Tools/Format and setting the smaller of the two dimensions to zero.
Best regards.
