Hello,
I have had the game PES6 for quite some time now and it was working fine, but recently, nothing. In fact, about a week ago, when I launched the game, the window (fullscreen) stayed black, I stopped the game, restarted it, and the problem was gone; I was able to play normally. But this weekend, I wanted to launch the game again and I got that black screen once more. I tried stopping the game to restart it, but I still have the black screen.
If I minimize the window to close it, I return to the desktop and all other software works normally. I tried reinstalling the graphics card drivers and DirectX, but nothing works, the problem persists. I tried leaving the game running and there are two possibilities: either the PC crashes, or the game runs (I know this thanks to the speakers; I can even start a match) but the screen remains black. I tried to restore my system, but Windows only offers me one date from the current month and I do not have access to other restore points.

La carte graphique, c'est un composant de l'ordinateur qui gère l'affichage des images et des vidéos. On la trouve généralement dans les ordinateurs de bureau ou intégrée dans les ordinateurs portables.

Actually, there are two cases that have occurred. The first one has the sound at the beginning of the launch, then it stops with a strange noise (like a scratched disc) and starts over. The second possible case is that the sound is completely normal and I can navigate to choose a match type and start the match (still with a black screen). Obviously, since I can't see anything, I concede a goal, and I hear the commentator's voice, the sound of passes, and even the whistle when I concede a goal...
And what's strange is that there's a black screen, but sometimes I can close the window (Task Manager or window management then right-click and close), and at other times, I can't do anything because the PC has frozen (which is rarer). -
I had the same thing happen to me with PES 5, so I bought PES 6 and it did the same thing...
disgusted!!!
But since then, I bought another graphics card (not thinking about PES) and when I wanted to try the game again (just to see), it worked perfectly... no more black screen.
So I don't know, there might be a problem with the graphics card configuration...
or I don't know about buying another one; I don’t really know much about computer hardware. -
The thing is, I've been playing PES6 since the beginning of the year and I've never had any problems; the game was running super well. All the settings were at minimum, but the game never lagged. Even after the first black screen, when I could play again, the game was running perfectly. That's what I find hard to understand; it's not like it never worked. Could it be due to a lack of space on my hard drive (I doubt it, but you never know)? Oh, by the way, I've defragmented and nothing improved. I'm really desperate.

I managed to solve my problem and for now I'm dropping the game, I don't want to risk crashing my PC.
To solve the issue, if anyone is interested, I took out all the cards (graphics, network) and my fan, cleaned everything, restarted the PC and it all works. -

I have an issue with my screen.
When I scroll through the screens (with the slider on the right), it scrolls but in a jerky manner.

So, actually I was able to play normally until the moment during the game when the screen froze. Since then, when I start Windows, there is a black screen after the Windows loading bar. I can't resolve the issue (system restore, lowering graphics settings)!!!
Is there a solution, even if I can't play anymore, that's not important but at least I can use the PC without the games (word processing...), without formatting it. It's quite urgent...
