Hello,
I see in the Device Manager that the "co-processor" driver is missing.
I ran an automatic driver search. Nothing was found.
I read on various forums that I should go to the manufacturer’s site.
The problem is that when I click on the properties of the "co-processor" and I click on the "Driver" tab, there is no manufacturer noted since the driver is not installed.
I would obviously like some help.
Thank you.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 29.0

Hi to you too 2
Ok, and how do I detect my config?
And then "chipset", what is that?
The problem too is that not everyone knows all of computer language.
Thanks

Hello,
Go to the Device Manager
Give the hardware ID.
To find the ID, look --> here <<--
What is the exact model number of the Asus?
Is Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit?

Could you post your config please?

Hi Kaneagle
Win 7 32-bit.
For the laptop model, it’s Asus XP010 series.
If it’s another reference I don’t have it, or don’t know where to find it.
For the hardware identification number, I can’t give you anything at all since the coprocessor is missing, so not installed, hence no reference.
In the “Device Manager” window, beneath the “Processor” icon there is a misalignment with the yellow triangle, the coprocessor indicates that there is a problem.
And it’s by clicking on Properties that I notice the coprocessor is missing.
And I don’t know how to proceed to download drivers on a site like Asus.
It’s not easy for a layperson.

I clicked on "other devices" and not on "processor".

Kaneagle and Destrio. I installed the same device as the one you sent me.
Detrio, you’re sending me a second one, should I or can I install it as well??
And then a PC restart is requested. But I’m in the middle of downloading Windows updates, so I’ll restart later.
Will my problem be solved? mystery.

"Standard VGA graphics adapter"
--> The second is a driver for the graphics card. -
Okay Destrio. And do I also need to install the driver for the graphics card?
For information, I just went into "Device Manager" and I notice I no longer have "Other devices" with the "coprocessor" missing below it in its yellow triangle.
And yet I did not restart.
Would my problem be solved? Damn it!
The Update downloads are long, because I rebuilt this computer yesterday and all the updates have to be reinstalled. And often some don’t want to install. In short, another problem, huh.
I’ll keep you posted, as they say, on the follow-up of events once the PC restarts.
Thank you
